                               RESOLUTION NO. 18780
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CSX TRANSPORTATION
                   RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2)
                   RAILROAD CROSSINGS OVER WAUHATCHIE PIKE
                   WIDENING PROJECT, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION
                   OF FORTY NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY
                   THREE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($49,383.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with CSX Transportation relative to the
       construction of two railroad crossings over Wauhatchie Pike
       Widening Project, for a total consideration of $49,383.00.
